The DBHealthHistory database log file may grow overtime due to a number of possible reasons.

The idea is to set the maximum size to something bigger than we would ever need, for instance 2gb should be more than it would ever need.

Also Not just to set the max size, but to keep the size of the DBHealthHistory log file small, for instance 500mb or less.
