Quick Scan Report – Obsolete Torn Page Detection

The Quick Scan Report has detected that you are using the obsolete page verify mode called Torn Page Detection.

Torn Page Detection has been obsolete since SQL Server 2005, last really recommended in SQL Server 2000. The recommendation for SQL Server 2005 and newer is to us the CheckSum option as the page verification type.
